Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited and Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company Limited. At Shell, she worked on complex cross-border transactions and other transnational matters.

Before joining Shell, she worked in the banking sector. 

She is innovative with keen business acumen and immeasurable aptitude for commercial projects. She holds an LLM in International Banking and Finance Law from Boston University, Boston MA, United States.

Aimalohi is an Associate Partner in the firm and works and leads the firm’s oil and gas transaction group.
