Ralph commenced his law practice in the Law Firm of Ikeyi Egudu & Co. (now Ikeyi & Arifayan) as an associate and was actively involved in the provision of transactional support services including legal audits, foreign direct investment structuring, infrastructure law advisory, finance/tax advisory, corporate finance, immigration matters etc. He also worked as a litigation counsel both at the High court and appellate court levels.

In November 2006, he joined the firm as an associate, a position he held until September 2007.   During this period, he was involved in the provision of legal support services to companies operating in the real estate sector, including deal structuring, mortgage/finance advisory, perfection of legal titles in relation to real estate transaction.

In September 2007, he moved to Lekki Concession Company Limited (LCC) as a Legal Officer. During his stay at LCC, he participated actively in the negotiation, and conclusion of the award winning USD 400 million, Lekki Epe Road expansion financing. He left LCC in December 2008 and returned to the Firm in January 2009 as a senior counsel. .

Since rejoining the firm, he has worked extensively and advised on commercial transactions locally and offshore focusing on finance, intellectual property, real estate, infrastructure concessions, power and compliance. He has also been actively involved in litigation and was coordinator of the litigation team until February 2015.

Ralph holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the Boston University School of Law, MA, United States. As part of the LL.M program at Boston University, Ralph also attended classes at Etvos Lorand University, in Budapest Hungary and designed an FCPA compliance program for a subsidiary of a foreign multinational as his final project.

Ralph is the Managing Partner.
